SG02 MEKONG DELTA 1 DAY (My Tho - Ben Tre) $25/ PAX

08h00: Our Tour Guide will welcome you at the meeting location and depart for My Tho. The journey will take roughly one and a half hours.

• On the way, we will visit Vinh Trang pagoda, the biggest pagoda in the Mekong delta. 

• After arriving in My Tho you will get on a motorboat and discover 4 islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Turtle Island.

•  Continue to Thoi Son Islet, where you’ll visit a local bee farm, taste honey tea and banana wine, and learn about the process of beekeeping and honey production.

• Take an electric car around Thoi Son village to visit a local orchard, enjoy seasonal fruits, and listen to traditional Southern folk music (Đờn Ca Tài Tử).

• Experience a rowing boat trip along small, shaded canals lined with graceful water coconut trees.

• Continue on motorboat to Ben Tre Province, known as the “Coconut Kingdom.” Visit a coconut candy workshop, learn how to make candy, and see some handicraft made out of coconut trees. Take a walk through the village and admire the fruits, flowers, trees, local houses, children and people. Then, we head to the local restaurant. Lunch is set with special Vietnamese food at here. 

• After lunch, relax, go for a walk or bicycle around the area. Return to My Tho and go back to Sai Gon.
